EUSR – The Convention – Public debate “Pravo na Pravdu”

The overall objective of the project was in support the policy of the European Union towards BiH as follows: In the context of the EUSR’s mandate, the EUSR aims to facilitate the political process in BiH with a view of building self-sustaining peace and stability and helping the country move beyond peace implementation towards European integration. Within the context of this aim, the Specific objective of this contract was to provide all necessary services and activities related to planning, implementation and management of the conceptual, logistical and technical services required for the organization of the one-day event ‘Rule of Law Convention’ planned to take place on the 20th November 2019 in Sarajevo, in coordination with Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission (TAIEX). The Convention – Public debate “Pravo na Pravdu” took place on the 20th November 2019, in Sarajevo in the premises of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly with almost 500 participants. The organisation was coordinated with EUSR and TAIEX. BORAM invited up to 800 people from all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina in collaboration with the EUSR. Around 500 participants attended the Convention (from Bihać, Bužim, Banja Luka, Tuzla, Mostar, Prijedor, Brčko, Zenica, Maglaj, Bijeljina, Sarajevo, etc.) as representatives of the judiciary, civil society, media and academia. The event gathered institutions from all levels of authority: ministries of justices, security/interior, law enforcement agencies, representatives of the judiciary, the HJPC etc.

Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina – EPRA

EPRA was set up in 1995 in response to the need for increased co-operation between European regulatory authorities. With its 25 years of experience and a robust network of working-level contacts, EPRA is the oldest and largest network of broadcasting regulators and is an ideal setting for the exchange of information, cases and best practices between broadcasting regulators in Europe.

53 regulatory authorities from 47 countries are members of EPRA. The European Commission, the Council of Europe, the European Audiovisual Observatory and the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media are standing Observers of the Platform.

EPRA holds two meetings a year at the invitation of a regulatory authority.

Tačno Je Bitno

BORAM je implementirao projekt „Izvještavanje o migrantima“ za Ured EU u BiH, u periodu od 23. novembra 2018. do 28. februara 2019. godine.
Na osnovu desk istraživanja o izvještavanju o medijima i izvještavanju o migrantima, organiziran je Medijski praktikum #TačnoJeBitno u Sarajevu i Bihaću – u formatu dvije sesije povezane uživo putem video linka Bihaćem. Događaj je bio dobro medijski pokriven. BORAM je također producirao 3 video klipa koji su promovirani u digitalnoj medijskoj kampanji pod sloganom #AccuracyMatters ; #TacnoJeBitno, kao i kratki film o migrantima koji je predstavljen na Medijskom praktikumu.

S mišljenja na djela

Evropska komisija objavila je Mišljenje o aplikaciji BiH za članstvo u EU 29. maja 2019. Osnovni cilj kampanje bio je korektno interpretirati Mišljenje EK-a i naglasiti opredijeljenost EU-a za članstvo BiH u EU. Kampanja je uključivala društvene i mainstream medije i druge kanale komunikacije. Bilo je važno ukazati javnosti koje nas to prilike i izazovi očekuju. U samo 3,5 mjeseca lansirali smo seriju od 4 velike kampanje i organizovali događaje i aktivnosti pod vodstvom Ureda specijalnog predstavnika EU u BiH.. Događaji su uključili stotine građana BiH, predstavnike OCD-a, medija i javnih ličnosti, a sama kampanja je postigla izuzetno jak reach.

Ne vjeruj na prvu

Projekt „Educiranje novinara i šire javnosti o trendovima digitalnih medija“ osmišljen je kako bi se unaprijedila informisanost i znanje novinara, urednika, influensera kao i šire javnosti o pojavama dezinformacija i prioritetima EU u ovom segmentu. Svrha projekta bila je poboljšati otpor društva uticaju dezinformacija i smanjiti mogućnosti za širenje lažnih informacija. Projekt je uključivao javnu kampanju, organizaciju serije radionica za novinare i OCD, kao i razvoj 6 edukativnih modula, te android platforme #NeVjerujNaPrvu.

Zastani i poslušaj – klijent Fondacija za socijalno uključivanje (FSU)

Kampanja „Zastani i poslušaj“ najavljuje rad na aktivnijoj socijalnoj uključenosti i napuštanje koncepta pasivne socijalne zaštite i apeluje na sve segmente društva da prihvate i promovišu jednake mogućnosti za sve građane BiH na osnovu međusobnog razumijevanja i prihvatanja različitosti. U ovom projektu će se također raditi na mapiranju i analiziranju aktuelnih potreba tih grupa, te na razvijanju i usvajanju modernih strategija socijalne uključenosti na entitetskim i nivou Brčko Distrikta i njihovom usklađivanju sa standardima EU. Istoimeni projekat provode Fondacija za socijalno uključivanje u BiH (FSU u BiH) i IBHI uz podršku agencije BORAM u komunikacijskom dijelu, a generalni cilj projekta je doprinijeti boljem umrežavanju organizacija civilnog društva u sektoru socijalne uključenosti, vidljivijem zastupanju interesa i potreba marginaliziranih grupa i njihovoj zastupljenosti u socijalnim politikama i modernim strategijama relevantnim za procese EU integracija.

BORAM in Consortium led by ECG, ran project EU info center 2017-2018. We organised a numerous of promotional events, gatherings, activities on social media, media campaigns. Produced artistic movie for European year of cultural heritage and a serial of other movies. Launched virtual platform and organized Europe Day with a serial of celebrations throughout the country including event in Jajce that ended with projection of the EU flag and Ode2Joy challenge at the waterfall.

BORAM organized and launched multimedia marketing events in fifteen cities. The five-month campaign included printed informational pamphlets, several roundtable discussions on police rapprochement and accountability, and youth a outreach campaign at the Sarajevo Kid’s Festival. At the end of the campaign, BORAM created and produced “122 – EUPM”, a video which summarizes the purpose, events, and results of the campaign.
